• Exit cleaning fees paid by guests
• Personally meet and greet guests at your property

Initial Set Up:

• Complimentary property setup advice and assistance to all our new owners
• We upload your property to the Vogue Holiday Homes website to showcase your property which is attracts approximately 50% of all new bookings
• Our Vogue website has an online reservation and booking platform
• Your property will also be displayed on the Airbnb, HomeAway and Trip Advisor platforms
• Regular monitoring of market conditions ie. rotating special offers etc
